Privacy Policy

When you place an order or contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and optionally your email address and any notes you add. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we see the number you contact us from.

We do not collect or store card numbers.

Your information is used only to:

• process and deliver your order, and contact you about it;
• send order confirmations, status updates and invoices by email;
• provide warranty and after-sales service;
• respond to your enquiries.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.

This site uses Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, approximate location, and device type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers, until you place an order.

We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising. These record actions such as viewing a product, adding to cart, starting checkout and completing an order, and share them with Meta so we can understand which ads lead to sales and show relevant ads to people likely to be interested in dehumidifiers.

When you place an order, we send Meta a version of your contact details (such as email, phone number, first name, last name and city) that has been irreversibly converted into a coded value using SHA-256 hashing before it leaves our server. Meta uses this only to match the sale to an ad view. We never send Meta your address, order notes or payment details, and we never sell your data. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, or by using your browser or device privacy controls.

Order records (including your contact and delivery details) are kept for as long as needed for warranty service, accounting and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete personal information that we are not legally required to retain.

The site is served over HTTPS and order data is stored on secured servers with access limited to DRYAir staff.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
